Antonia Lofaso
Antonia's Lofaso invites guests to discover her worldview through the cuisine she creates. Her food evokes curiosity, which developed after she stepped outside of the Long Island suburbs and entered the culturally rich landscape of Los Angeles. Its patrons describe it as authentic and satisfying. Lofaso learned from culinary giants who employed sophisticated methods. She was not afraid to take huge risk to follow her intuition.
