Kay was the first to debut during SHINE's first event, in which she teamed up with the tag team along with Taylor Made. April Hunter, who was joined later in the alliance and was dubbed Made in Sin by the three of them, joined in winning against Tracy Taylor and Su Yung. Made in Sin beat Taylor, Yung and Tim in an eight-woman tag team match in Shine 7. Valkyrie was the name given to the stable after Rain Velez joined Ivelisse. Valkyrie beat Amazing Kong in a tag-team match with Angelina Love and Christina Von Eerie during Shine 8. Kay was victorious over Nikki Roxx on the Shine 10 online pay-per-view that took place in the month of May 2013 to be able to compete for the Shine Championship. Lexie Fyfe removed Kay from the Shine Championship event following her interference in the main game between Angelina Love vs Rain. Kay came back Shine 13 and teamed with Ivelisse for a win against Amazing Kong and Jessicka Havok.
